The Promotional Campaign will run from 5 September 2025 until 15 October 2025, 6:00 PM .

• Entries must be received before 6:00 PM of each raffle draw date to be eligible for that day’s prize.
• Entries submitted after 12:00 noon on a given draw date will be included in the next scheduled draw (if any).
• No entries will be accepted after 6:00 PM on 15 October 2025.

• Each purchase of a Link Lounge Battle Bottle worth AED 299 from Link Lounge Café (Al Ain) or online at www.linkloungecafe.com during the campaign period qualifies the purchaser for one (1) raffle entry.
• Each Battle Bottle purchased at AED 299 entitles the customer to one (1) raffle entry only.
• Link Lounge reserves the right to disallow entries that violate these terms or any applicable UAE laws, at its sole discretion and without obligation to provide reasons.
• Link Lounge may verify the validity of entries and participant eligibility at any time. This includes checking participant identity and disqualifying entries if false, duplicate, misleading, fraudulent, or dishonest information has been provided, or if participation is otherwise inconsistent with these Terms and Conditions.

In-Store Purchases:

• Purchase a Link Lounge Battle Bottle (AED 299) to receive one (1) raffle ticket.
• Fill in the ticket stub with: full name (as per valid ID), mobile number, valid email address, and country.
• The customer’s bill will be stamped “Registered” (or similarly marked) at the counter to validate the entry and prevent reuse.
• Drop the completed stub in the designated drop box in-store. Keep the other half of the ticket (with raffle number) as proof of entry and for prize claiming.
• Incomplete or illegible entries may result in disqualification.

Online Purchases:

• Purchase a Link Lounge Battle Bottle (AED 299) online at www.linkloungecafe.com
• Provide complete details: full name (as per valid ID), mobile number, valid email address, and country.
• Customers must agree to the Terms and Conditions before payment.
• For online purchases, customers will receive the corresponding coupon stub along with their Battle Bottle delivery. A Link Lounge representative will complete the official coupon on their behalf, and the customer will be provided with a confirmation video showing the coupon being deposited into the raffle box.
• Incomplete details may lead to disqualification.

Winners will be selected through a raffle draw and will have the chance to win:

• 1 x Porsche Cayenne Coupe 2025 (see Cash Equivalent clause below)
• 1 x Nissan Patrol V6 T 2025 (see Cash Equivalent clause below)
• 1 x AED 150,000
• 7 x AED 10,000

• The raffle draws will take place between 6 October 2025 and 15 October 2025 under the supervision of relevant government authorities. Prizes will be awarded as follows
• October 6 – 12, 2025: AED 10,000 prize each day (one winner per day)
• October 13, 2025: AED 150,000 cash prize
• October 14, 2025: Nissan Patrol V6 T 2025 (White)
• October 15, 2025: Porsche Cayenne Coupe 2025 (Nardo Gray)
• Winners will be notified through at least three (3) attempts using the contact details provided (e.g., phone call, SMS, WhatsApp, and/or email).
• If a winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within 10 calendar days from the first notification attempt, the prize will be forfeited, and an alternate winner may be drawn.

• Prizes are transferable but non-exchangeable.

Prize Transferability

• Prizes may be transferred to another individual only with the explicit written consent of the original winner.
• The original winner must provide:
  • A signed and dated Prize Transfer Authorization Letter clearly stating the transferee’s full name and details.
  • A copy of the original winner’s valid ID (passport/Emirates ID).
  • A copy of the transferee’s valid ID (passport/Emirates ID).
• The Organizer reserves the right to verify the authenticity of the transfer request and may refuse to honor the transfer if the documentation is incomplete, fraudulent, or inconsistent.
• Once the transfer is approved, the transferee assumes full responsibility for all costs, liabilities, and documentation related to the prize.
• Cash Equivalent Policy:
  • For UAE residents, vehicle prizes (Porsche Cayenne Coupe 2025 or Nissan Patrol 2025) must be claimed as vehicles. No cash equivalent will be provided. If the winner declines the vehicle or is unable to register it, the prize will be forfeited without compensation.
  • For non-UAE residents, the vehicle prizes will be substituted with a cash equivalent at the Organizer’s discretion.
• Winners are solely responsible for all costs associated with accepting the prize, including but not limited to:
  • Vehicle registration, insurance, fuel, servicing, and any other running costs.
  • Taxes, import duties, customs fees, and documentation (if applicable).
• Winners must present:
  • Original raffle entry confirmation/unique number.
  • Valid ID proof (passport with visa page and/or Emirates ID).
• If required documentation is not provided within 10 calendar days of notification, the prize will be forfeited, and no compensation will be given. The Organizer reserves the right to conduct a re-draw for any unclaimed prizes.
• By accepting a prize, winners consent to Link Lounge using their name, likeness, and media (photos, voice, videos) for promotional purposes without further compensation. Winners may also be asked to participate in reasonable promotional activities.

• By participating, entrants consent to the collection, storage, and use of their personal information (including name, phone number, email address, nationality, and ID copies) by Link Lounge and its affiliates.
• Data will be used for campaign administration, prize delivery, marketing of future campaigns (via SMS, email, WhatsApp, etc.), and internal analysis.
• Personal information will be securely stored and not shared with unauthorized third parties, except as required by law or for prize fulfillment (e.g., sponsors, travel partners).
• All information will be handled in compliance with applicable UAE data protection regulations.

• The Organizer’s decision on all matters relating to the Campaign shall be final, binding, and conclusive.
• The Organizer reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Campaign, subject to authority approval, at any time without prior notice.
• Link Lounge is not responsible for technical issues, lost receipts, or any problems preventing entry or prize claims.
• Participation in this Campaign constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
• This Campaign is governed by UAE law, and disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Abu Dhabi.

• Each receipt must be stamped “Registered” (or equivalent) at the time of purchase.
• Only original, legible receipts will be accepted. Photocopies or tampered receipts will be disqualified.

• The Organizer accepts no responsibility for any damage, loss, liability, injury, or disappointment incurred or suffered by participants as a result of entering the raffle or accepting any prize.
• The Organizer makes no warranty or representation regarding the quality, suitability, or merchantability of the prizes.
• Vehicle prizes are provided “as is” from the manufacturer or dealer. The Organizer will not be liable for any defects, maintenance costs, accidents, or incidents arising from the use of the vehicle once handed over.
• The Organizer is not responsible if winners are unable to claim, register, insure, or use their prize for any reason (including legal restrictions, driving license issues, visa status, or personal circumstances).
• To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Organizer’s total liability shall not exceed the value of the prize in question.
